Description of Industrial Air Cooled Heat Exchanger with Fin Tube
Industrial Air Cooled Heat Exchanger with Fin Tube, or called Air cooler, is an industrial heat exchanger that uses Ambient air as cooling medium, where the fan forces air cross the Finned pipes to cool the high-temperature processing medium within the pipes.
The air cooler is mainly composed of three basic parts: tube bundle, fan and structure, and auxiliary parts like louver and platform handrails. It uses natural air as cooling medium saving precious water, reducing the discharge of industrial waste water and protecting the natural environment.

The working principle of the air cooled heat exchanger
The working principle of the air cooler is to use the power to drive the impeller to rotate, and the generated vortex continuously sucks the air. The air cooler uses the principle of vortex tube, mainly using a compressed air source of 5.5 ~ 8bar; the compressed air enters the air cooler, which can generate cold airflow at one end (the temperature can drop by -40 °C), and generate hot air at the other end (maximum temperature up to 120°C).
