FAQ

Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
ADTO: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
ADTO: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 10-15 days.
      The actual delivery time depends on order quantity and production plan.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
ADTO: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

That depends on the order is standard products or customized products.

 

Q4. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
ADTO: Yes, customized logo in lights or in box are OK.

Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. But it will need extra fees if not achieve our MOQ.

Q5: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
ADTO: Yes, we offer 3- 5 years warranty to our products.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution.

 

Q6: Are you manufacturer or trading company?

ADTO: We are a group company founded in 1998, with our own joint-venture lighting factory in China. Welcome to visit our factory!

 

Q7: What certificate do you have for led light?

ADTO: For commercial and residential lighting, we have CE/ROHS/UL/ETL, for explosion proof lighting, we have CNEX/ATEX/IECEX certificates to meet different countries standard requirements.
