System Description
Vision VF series split pressurized solar water heater incorporates a number of flat plate collectors, pressurized water tank, pump station and accessories. It is specially designed for villa buildings. The solar collector may be installed either on house roof or balcony while water tank may be placed anywhere inside house.
Working Principle
The flat plate collector absorbs solar energy and the heat is transferred to water tank through pump circulation; When the temperature difference between collector and tank reaches the set value, the controller starts the circulation pump automatically for heat exchange;
Usually an internal coil is pre-installed in storage tank as heat exchanger, a heat-transfer liquid circulates through flat panel to tank coil for heat exchange between the closed loop and main tank water, and an additional tank coil could be used to form a closed circulation loop for room or floor or pool heating.
