Geomembrane
HDPE geomembrane, known as "high density polyethylene film", has excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, low temperature, aging and corrosion resistance, as well as a wide temperature range (-70 to +80) and a long service life (100 years). Geomembrane is a continuous film-like sheet produced from virgin resin and is a waterproof barrier type material with polymer as the basic raw material. It contains polyethylene, carbon black .
Function
Its main mechanism is to use the impermeability of plastic film to isolate the leakage channel of the earth dam, and its large tensile strength and elongation rate to withstand the water pressure and adapt to the deformation of the dam body; while the non-woven fabric is also a polymer short fiber chemical material, through needle punching or hot bonding forming, has a high tensile strength and elongation, it combines with the plastic film, not only increases the tensile strength and puncture resistance of the plastic film, but also because of the The rough surface of nonwoven fabric increases the friction coefficient of the contact surface, which is conducive to the stability of composite geomembrane and protective layer.
