The porous ceramic discs are made of the orthopedic (alumina, silicon carbide, etc.)blended amount of binder, pore forming agent,resist rare earth,after high temperaturesintering to different shapes,sizes.The strong, uniform porous ceramic has 40-50% open porosity with a tortuous pore structure and is available in pore sizes ranging from 1 to 100 microns.
>>> Regular aluminum oxide porous ceramic for chuck table is available in 10, 15, 30, 50, 60 and 100 micron pore sizes.Regular porous ceramic disc is5,6,8,12inch.
>>> Shape:Disc and Square Plate is available for us.
