Whenever you buy any of our goods, please contact us in time for any questions. We will solve the problem as soon as possible and give you a satisfactory answer:
1. Within 7 days of receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt of the waybill) if the product with functional failure and quality problems is found, please contact us for return and exchange treatment in a timely manner; if it is not accepted within the time limit, false false reports will not be accepted once it is true.
2. We will try our best to satisfy the color or style of the product specified by the customer. If the color or pattern style does not match, we will communicate with you in time to change the color processing or do out of stock treatment. The buyer is not satisfied or is not good to sell as the reason, the product actually has no quality problem, does not act as the reason to return and exchange the goods. Orders need to be careful and the inventory is not responsible.
3.Whether or not the outer packing box is broken at the time of receipt, the customer needs to unpack and check if the product is damaged due to transportation problems. Please ask the relevant transportation company to issue the certificate affixed with the official seal, and provide this certificate to me to assist the customer in making the claim: if the goods are damaged or lost as a result of logistics, we will not be liable
4.Customers who need to return and exchange goods should protect the complete accessories of the product packaging or the complete assurance of the related materials without affecting the one-time sale of the product, such as the return of incomplete packaging accessories or related materials
5. Unauthorized repair, modification: not used in accordance with the normal method, storage: beyond the warranty period of the product: return the product with a label, make false, we will not bear.
