About Payment:

We can accept accept Trade Assurance, T/T, Western Union and Paypal payment.  Payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before the shipment.

Shipment:

We always delivery by DHL,Fedex,UPS,TNT, or EMS, We will let you receive your goods as soon as possible. 

1. The import taxes is excluded, please make sure you will pay taxes yourself. 

2. Order processed timely after the payment verification.

3. Service transit time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday reason.

Return and warranty

1. If the goods have the quality problem or wrong model, please return to us within 7 days and protect the product package.

 If the goods haven't any quality problem within 30 days, then the product will into warranty.

2. All items provide 12 months warranty,  during the time, we provide free repair . The warranty does not cover  service or replacements  made by  the  human damage, physical damage, water. For out of range of warranty, we do not provide free maintenance. And  when the buyer return for warranty, the buyer need to pay all costs.

     A: Sure, we just sale original, without high copy.

-3.Q:What's the warranty? Can you do OEM or ODM service ??

     A:All items has 12 months' warranty. And we can do OEM&ODM, but MOQ more than 100 pieces.

-4.Q: If i got a bad product, how you can do ??

     A: When we delivery to you, we need check all products is good, if you got a bad product, you can return to us, then we will change a new one for you.

-5.Q:Can you pay the customs taxes??

     A:No, we can't, because we can't know how much customs taxes you will pay, but  if you need, we can make the invoice in very low value to make your customs taxes very low.

-6.Q:If I order today, how long it takes for the shipment?

A: Our delivery time is about 1-5 days after got your payment. and the shipping time is about 4-7 days if you choose DHL, Fedex, UPS,TNT.
