HOW IS PALO SANTO MADE?
The only way for Palo Santo to carry scent and holistic benefits is by naturally aging after it dries. After the minimun time has been reached, our master artisans carve the wood in order to obtain smaller logs and sticks that we then select into categories.
WHERE DOES PALO SANTO COME FROM?
In the dry woods of Peru there are several areas protected by the Forestry Administration that only authorize native communities like ours to responsibly use the excess of wood from the Bursera Graveolens species.
HOW DOES IT SMELL?
Authentic Palo Santo has a citrusy and woody scent with a few sweet notes depending on how much oil / resin the wood is holding. You can make sure it is authentic Palo Santo by the way the wood starts burning or how the smoke tends to come out.
Once you light a Palo Santo stick you should see red embers forming in the smoked parts of the wood that had contact with the fire. When it is lit, the fire starts to consume the tip of the stick and grows in time, until you turn it off and the smoke turns from black to light gray or white

There is slim stick that goes for 1 to 1.5 cm wide and the thick stick that starts at 1.5 cm wide and up to 3 cm. Both sizes
are 10 cm tall.
Do we provide certificates?
Yes, we do carry an OC from the Chamber of Commerce and a Fitosanitary certificate issued by the Forestry Agency Administration that you can use for the import procedures.
Do you make custom packaging?
Yes we can. You can provide the mockups or designs for our sales team to quote your packaging. The most common packaging is plastic bags from 1 to 2 pounds but we can customize these sizes / weights for you.
How long is the delivery time for sample order?
Sample orders are shipped via DHL and take up to 15 business days but they usually deliver faster.
What is the shipping method?
We can accommodate DHL, FedEx, air and sea cargo. Our clients regularly prefer DHL for shipments under 200Kg (10 Master boxes approximately).
How is your payment system?
Our accepted payment methods are: Bank Transfer (T/T) and PayPal. Accepted payment currencies: USD and EUR.
