Ningbo Fuda Intelligent Technology Co.,Ltd. is located in Yuyao city, Zhejiang province P.R. China, nearby Shanghai and Hangzhou. This city is known as the Plastic City of China. Our 40,000 square meters factory has over 415 employees. Last year, our annual sales exceeded 40 million USD. Fuda focuses on the research and production of air-related and refrigeration products. Our product lines include Portable air conditioners, Fan-based coolers & heaters and Dehumidifiers. Fuda is one of top home appliances research companies in China. We have setup laboratoris with Huazhong University of science and Technology for the research of refrigeration and air conditioning technologies.
Fuda is equipped with the latest technologies and machineries. We have 48 injuection machines ranged from 285 to 1250 tons, 3 assembly lines, and two of the lines specilizes in production of natural refrigerant gas R290 products. R290 is non toxic, which ensures the ecological advantages and energy savings. Our annual production capacity is up to 630,000 air conditioners and dehumidifiers,480,000 fan-based coolers & heaters.
Human resource is Fuda's most valuable asset. Many of our engineers and researchers are experts in the area of environmental-friendly home appliance. Each year the R&D produces about 30 new product models. We parterner with other design companies from France. Japan, Italy and China in the design of new products. Fuda currently prosses about 60 patents in China, based on the past effort of our valuable employees.
Fuda has been approved by ISO9001 quality system and has BSCI audit reports. Our products have obtained most major quality certificates including CE/GS, EER, EMC, PSE, UL and ETL. As part the commitments for higher quality, we have built our own indutry-standard quality control laboratories. That includes enthalpu defference testing lab, thermal balance testing lab and noise control lab. Each lab meets the requirements for testing CE/GS and UL/ETL standard. Fuda ensures our products meet both the RoHS and the WEEE requests.
Fuda partners with our global suppliers. Besides 200 suppliers in China, our main suppliers are Hitachi, Rechi,Kangpusi, LG, Sanyo and BASF. We have built strong relationships with our suppliers by being their great customer. Fuda also has multiple subsidiaries to secure parts supply and quality control. These subsidiaries include a molding factory, an electronic circuit-boad factory, and a condensers-evaporators factory.
