1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?
- a: Our Moq is 300pcs, and you can mix color order (each item each color not
less than 100pcs
Please order each item each color qty like 100pcs, 110pcs, 120pcs.......
And not accept qty like 101pcs, 102pcs , 103pcs, 104pcs, 105pcs,106pcs,107pcs,108pcs,109pcs.
- b: For OEM order (customize logo etc.), According to the different items have
different MOQ.
Generally each item each color can not less than 200pcs.
2. What's the delivery time ?
- a: For items in stock , after you confirm and make payment ,
5-7 days we can delivery
- b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .
3.Do you accept payment by PayPal ?
- Yes, for the small amount we can accept payment by PayPal, Western Union ,Credit Card,Trad Assurance.
- For the bigger amount we can accept T/T by bank,L/C,Trade Assurance.
4. What’s your payment terms?
- For items, as we have stock , can arrange delivery within 3~5 days.
Generally our distributor will arrange payment 100% in advance.
- For OEM orders(customize logo etc.), 50% Deposit, 50% balance against delivery.
5.How to arrange delivery ?
- If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.
- If you have no agent in china ,after you confirm the final order, we will check the
shipping details and cost for you.
6. How about your products quality ?
- a: All of items are waterproof, 100% test by machine.All of the movements are from the original manufacturers (From
Japan/Swiss).
- b: For OEM products, we can produce according to your own requirement in CE/RoHS,
etc.
You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirements.
7. Could I get some samples before make order ?
- Yes. Samples can be arranged for you to check about the quality. Please kindly
contact us for details.
