Applications:
Maleic anhydride is the base material in unsatrurated polyester resins, used in the manufacture of a wide variety of consumer products, including papersizea, plaaticizers and modified alkyd remins. The use of MA is also rapidly increasing for the production of butancdiol and its derivatives which are used for automotive resin and performance fiber applications.
