FAQ
1: Abt sample costs and free sample
A: Normally sample costs is at 3 times of unit price, and can be refunded when receiving your formal order. But if 1 or 2 pieces samples can be free if you cooperate to take the shipping costs.
2. Sampling time
Normally, If we have stock in warehouse then will supply in 3-5 days, if need to produce then abt 7-10 days for our normal items. If new developed ones then will talk then.
3. MOQ
For items we have stock or regular producing, 1 carton is the MOQ.
For items to be new produced, the MOQ is 10-50 cartons, based on the material condition.
4. Producing time
Normally 30-40 days depending the quantity, for new produced items.
If having stocks or semi-finished materials, then it will be faster.
5. Payment term
1) small order T/T in advance.
2) normal order: 30% deposit in advance, balance T/T before shipment or against B/L copy.
3) L/C is acceptable for order amount bigger than usd50,000.
