In a free cooling application, the dry cooler is used as an alternative to a traditional cooling tower or chiller. This process can be particularly effective in climates with a large temperature differential between day and night, or between different seasons, as the cooler ambient air can be used to provide cooling when temperatures are low.

1. Dry Cooler for Data Center Immersion Cooling System

2. Remote Radiator for Diesel Generator Sets
Vrcooler provides industrial coolers for various power plants, such as thermal power plants, hydropower plants, garbage power plants, biomass power plants, gas-fired power plants, etc. Our dry cooler units can be used under extreme environmental conditions, which are usually required for large power plants and energy cooling. Not only can they withstand extreme temperatures as low as -40℃ and as high as 50 ℃, they can also operate smoothly under extreme altitudes or severe weather conditions.
Cooling method: The water in the dry cooler system uses a heat exchanger to cool the circulating water or oil inside the generator.

Our first solution:
Customer's first feedback: This is a plane cooler, I want v type. I want about 2 meter x 5 meter v type. I want to have as big as possible V type. I’m going to montage more hydraulic pumps now. I don’t know what I need but pleas offer 1 ho fits in 20 feet container and then I fix the rest here in Sweden. To day we have 10 m3/h, But I can have less if you want. We are cooling water and then oil from the water.
Our reply: The cooler we designed is enough to cool the 10m3/h water. Will you increase the flow rate in the future? Of course we can change our design to a V-type cooler.
Customer: Yes we will total have 40m3 Water in the future but maybe its better to take 2pc v type for 20m3 Please offer 2pc v type for 20m3/h.

Before package, we will do the pressure test in the pool to check if the product leak. (Process: Connect the inlet/outlet of the product to the tube s then put nitrogen in it, and put the product in water. If there is no bubbling, there is no leak.)
The normal package is wooden box. If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.
If container is too tigher,we will use PE film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
