Soap Making Production Line
1: put the soap noodles into the mixer, start the mixer, and then put the flavor, pigment, other accessories, preservatives, etc. evenly,open the material valve, put the material into the silo, wait Mixer.
2: start the first conveyor and the three-roll mill, and then open the silo valve, let the material into the conveyor to the grinding machine grinding.
3: Start the second conveyor and wait for the material into the double vacuum after the machine, confirmed that continuous production, start the first screw, start the second screw after the material.
4: Wait for the article. Start the cutter , the good soap loading.

Chiller
The chiller adopts imported fully enclosed refrigeration compressor, and the shell-and-tube heat exchange manufactured by computerized machine tool and fully automatic welding technology is imported from the high-efficiency heat exchange copper tube.
It is equipped with various imported spare parts and electronic control components. The equipment is assembled. The unit has high refrigeration efficiency, compact structure, beautiful appearance, small size and light weight, and is easy to install, use and maintain. After equipped with auxiliary equipment such as chilled water pump, cooling water pump and cooling tower, the unit can provide frozen water from -20 °C to 0°C for users to use.
