PP PE PVC ABS plastic coated steel pipe extrusion line is suitable to U-PVC,C-PVC,M-PVC,HDPE,LDPE,PPR,PP,ABS pipe extrusion.The plastic pipe with various diameter and wall thickness, from 16-800mm. The steel pipe coating pe plastic machine mainly includes single/twin screw extruder, pipe extrusion die, vacuum calibrating water tank, spray cooling water tank, hauling unit, cutting unit and stack unit. The extruder is specially designed for producing PVC pipe.It adoped the Simens, ABB, famous brand electric components and high quality extruder alloy screw and barrel.
Description:
The plastic coating extruder mainly covers the outer layers of various iron wires, iron pipes, steel pipes, aluminum pipes, metalhoses, etc. The outer layer coating mainly uses different plastics such as PVC, PE, ABS, PA, etc. Can be ordinary iron pipe, stainless steel pipe, aluminum pipe and other different materials. The products produced are suitable for different occasions such has outdoor and indoor, and are widely used in the fields of decoration, heat preservation, antisepsis and etc.
Processing flow:
Raw material →Steel straighter feeder→Pre-heater→Coating mold→Single screw extruder→Cooling water tank→Blowing system→Haul
off→Cutter and meter counter→Pipe rack→finished product inspecting&packing.
