1.If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy how they look or feel you may return them to us .The return
shipping fee is paid by the buyer and We do not refund shipping charges and import customs .
2.The hair products that have been altered, washed or worn in any way or the blue tag was broken or bundles are
unwrapped will not qualify to be returned. And We only accept orders within 30 days for return .If more than 30 days do
not accept returns/refunds.
3.Hair must be in the original state the same as it was sent to you. When we receive the return package, our warehouse
will check it and deduct the corresponding damage amount according to the product condition.We are a hair products
wholesale factory and do not have large margins that might factor this into our wholesale pricing. Contact Us with any

Q10.What about if package get lost during the delivery ?
We offer a insurance option when placing orders with us. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or
damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not
provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not
take responsibility if UPS,DHL or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s

Q11.What about if the package get delayed ?
Regarding delivery, we will send the corresponding express company 's Tracking number to you the first time after
delivery, and update the status of the shipment from time to time, remind the customer to sign for the first time and
ask whether the customer has received the package. When the package is sent out, the customs issues that occur
during the transportation process, when there have a custom clearance issues , the clients will need to cooperate with
clearance process for receive the package asap. Normally the custom charges is paid by receiver.
