A: We are factory and we have our production lines. Welcome you to our place for a visit.
Q2: How you control the quality and what about leading time?
A: We have QC department to do inspection during parts on machine and before shipping. We have advanced QC machines, like CMM, Altimeter, Micrometer, Thread Gages, Calipers, Pin Gauge etc.
Leading time depends on quantity, ≤10 need 6 days, 10-100≥ need 10days, 100-1000 15days, Negotiate if more quantity.
Q3: What I need to send you before I get your quote?
A: Please provide us the following information together with your inquiry.
1) Detailed drawings (STEP/CAD/PDF/X-T/IGS)
2) Materials required
3) Surface treatment
4) Quantity (per order/per month/annual)
5) Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels,delivery,etc.
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30%T/T in advance， 70%before shipment
Q5: Can I get samples for testing?
A:We can offer free samples for small parts, but for big and high-value products, samples will be charged.
