Product Application
BSP Series Ultra Fine Pulverizer is used to make fine powders from 50-1000 mesh.
This pulverizer has no screen, the different output sizes can be obtained by adjusting the grinding speed.
It's suitable for grinding materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries.
For food industry, it can crush grain, peas, spices, ginger, turmeric, garlic, cinnamon, onion, sugar, herbs, leaves, root,
seaweed, flowers, mushroom, vegatable, cocoa, coffee beans, rice, wheat, cassava and chickpea and other materials.
Working method:
BSP Ultra Fine Pulverizer is composed of pulverizing host, cyclone separator, pulse dust collector, blower, electric control box,frame and pipes.
After materials are sent to the milling chamber, it will be sheared and crushed by the blade of high speed rotation. The powders will pass through the guide ring and enter the classifying chamber. Under the action of aerodynamic and centrifugal force, powders larger than the graded particle size will be thrown back to the milling chamber for further crushing. Powders smaller than the critical diameter will enter the cyclone separator and a small part of the super fine dust will enter the pulse dust collector.
