Cow Early Pregnancy Detection Test For Bovine Rapid Test Kit
PRINCIPLE
This reagent is made based on the principle of colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA). It is used to detect the progesterone content in bovine serum samples. After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatographic membrane with the colloidal gold marker. If the progesterone anti principle reacts with the colloidal gold marker in the sample to inhibit the reaction between the colloidal gold marker and the progesterone total antigen coated by the NC membrane T line, but the T line becomes weak or does not become colored, so the T line is weaker than the C line, which is positive; On the contrary, there is no progesterone resistance principle in the sample. If the color of T line is stronger than that of C line, it is negative.

TEST PROCEDURE
1.Take out the test device from the foil pouch and place it horizontally.
2. Use the dropper to drip 2 drops serum into the sample hole.
3. Interpret the result in 5-10 minutes. Result after 15 minutes is considered as invalid.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Expired test or the test with damaged foil pouch should not be used.
2. The test must be used within 10 minutes after opening the foil pouch.
3. Do not use specimen with hemolysis or be contaminated with microbes, which will cause false positive or false negative result.
4. Do not reuse the test kit and do not mix components from different lot numbers.
5. All specimens have potential infection. It must be strictly treated according to the rules by local states.
LIMITATION
This test card is only for preliminary screening and cannot be used as the only confirmation method.
