Description of PVC Stabilizer:
Calcium zinc stabilizer: solid calcium zinc stabilizer and liquid calcium zinc stabilizer.
Solid Calcium zinc stabilizer appearance is mainly white powder, flake, paste. Powdery calcium zinc stabilizer is the most widely used non-toxic PVC stabilizer, often used in food packaging, medical equipment, wire and cable materials. At present, PVC Ca-zn stabilizer which can be used for hard pipe has appeared in China.
Liquid calcium zinc stabilizer is mainly light yellow oily liquid. There is little difference between the stability of powder and liquid, liquid calcium zinc stabilizer usually has a large solubility, and has good dispersion in PVC resin powder, the effect on transparency is far less than powder stabilizer. However, the risk of precipitation of liquid stabilizer is larger. You need to choose the right solvent.
Calcium zinc stabilizer was synthesized by special composite technology with calcium salt, zinc salt, lubricant and antioxidant as main components. It can not only replace toxic stabilizers such as lead, cadmium salts and organotin, but also has good thermal stability, light stability, transparency and coloring power.
