Equipment overview:
MVR evaporator uses compressor to improve the energy of the secondary steam, and uses the secondary steam to improve the energy to recover the latent heat of the secondary steam. Specifically, the secondary steam generated by the evaporator is made through the adiabatic compression of the compressor to increase its pressure and temperature, and then sent into the heating chamber of the evaporator as heated steam to condense and release heat. Therefore, the latent heat of the steam is recovered and utilized. Before entering the evaporator, the cold material absorbs the heat of condensate water through the heat exchanger to increase its temperature, and also cools the condensate and the finishing liquid to further improve the utilization rate of heat.





Take concentrated industrial wastewater as an example: Firstly, the industrial wastewater enters the preheater along the pipe, and through the preheater, the industrial wastewater is preheated. The preheated industrial wastewater is then introduced into the evaporator, where it is heated, evaporated, concentrated, and finally, the distilled water from the condensation of the heated steam is transferred to the distilled water collection tank, while the secondary steam and concentrate together are transferred to the vapor-liquid separator. In the vapor-liquid separator, the concentrate and the secondary steam are separated. Finally, the concentrate flows into the concentrate collection tank, and the separated secondary steam is transferred to a mechanical compressor. In the mechanical steam compressor, the secondary steam is compressed, heated and pressurized, and introduced into the evaporator, and then the industrial wastewater is heated, concentrated, evaporated and distilled. Finally, through the repeated recycling of secondary steam, complete the entire industrial wastewater treatment process, and achieve industrial wastewater treatment and energy saving dual goals.
