Product overview of pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve
Pneumatic low temperature control valve is one of our company's pneumatic control valve products mainly for ultra-low temperature conditions. Pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve has been applied in the automatic control of industrial production processes such as petroleum, chemical industry and metallurgy. The pneumatic low temperature regulating valve is applicable to the regulation of medium (such as liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, etc.) under the low temperature condition of - 60~- 250 ℃. In order to achieve the adjustment accuracy, valve positioner is required. Ultra-low temperature pneumatic control valve is a deformation product of single-seat control valve and double-seat control valve. It is different from the normal temperature control valve in that it uses a long-neck upper valve cover to make the packing work at normal temperature. The signal pressure of the pneumatic low-temperature regulating valve is input to the air chamber of the pneumatic diaphragm actuator by the valve positioner to generate thrust, and the valve core is driven by the connecting rod. The change of the valve core position changes the flow sectional area of the valve to realize the regulation of the medium flow.
