Microsilica fume application:commercial concrete, high-strength concrete, self leveling concrete, unshaped refractory, dry mixed (premixed) mortar, high-strength non shrinkage grouting material, industrial floor, repair mortar, polymer mortar, thermal insulation mortar, impermeable concrete, concrete compactor, concrete preservative, cement-based polymer waterproof agent; Reinforcement of rubber, plastic, unsaturated polyester, paint, coating and other polymer materials, modification of ceramic products, etc.
After adding micro silica fume to concrete, the amount of water can be greatly reduced strength and density concrete can be greatly improved. increase the density of concrete, and reduce the porosity. And make the concrete self flow under the condition of less water demand.
Micro silica powder can improve the settlement stability of slurry and the early strength of cement paste, adjust the volume density of cement slurry, and improve the high-temperature resistance of cement slurry.
Microsilica fume has good reinforcement, can not only improve toughness and durability of the coating, but also keep the surface of the coating smooth and good gloss. Moreover, it improves the scrub resistance and weathering resistance, reduces the oil absorption of coatings and inks, and maintains alkalinity. It has corrosion resistance.
