1) When can I get the price?
Please send us your detailed requirements including tea types, quality, quantity, packages and any other special requirements. We usually reply within 12 hours.
 
2)How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. We will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight. 

3)How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay shipping cost, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7 days and we will send you tracking number and express company.

 4) How long does the whole procedure being worked out?
After you place a order and pay the deposit, the production handling time is about 30 days. 

 5) What about the transportation and delivery date?
By sea or train. It is about 25-40 days, depends on which country and port you are.It could be shorter if you need to send the goods like Asia. 

6) Where is the factory?
We are located in Shengzhou City, Zhejiang Province,China. It taks one hour's drive from Yiwu City and two hours' drive from Hangzhou City, with convenient transportation access. 

 7) How to control quality?
We have on-site QC to control quality. We can send production sample before delivery if you require. Besides, welcome your QC come and inspect. 

 8) What about the Minimum Order Quantity?
5000KG, but normal order quantity is one container (20GP max load 12 tons 40HQ max load 24 tons) .
