1. The surface shall be clean and flat without wrinkles, damages, stains and impurities. The
font and pattern shall be clear and correct without misprint, omission and ink pollution. 

2. The size shall conform to the specification, and the deviation shall be within the allowable range. The color box that needs to be filled with pit paper shall be qualified after trial installation. 

3. The adhesive part of color box shall be tight and firm without looseness and crack. 

4. The material and structure of the color box shall be consistent with the template or drawings.

Printing process: 

1. Flexographic printing has the advantages of gravure printing and lithography. The process steps can be divided into online slitting, indentation, grooving, etc. Due to the flexibility of materials in the overall operation, the printing pressure will be too small. Therefore, the color box ink products are thick and clear. It is better to use paper with high printability and good surface gloss, or rough paper, thin and thick paper, light or strong ink absorption paper. Suitable for fine screen printing, line printing, spot color printing or on-site printing. 

2. Gravure printing has the characteristics of high printability and fast printing speed. Gravure printing on color box has thick ink layer, rich ink color, strong stereo sense, rich layers, strong texture, fast drying speed, and is suitable for large area heavy ink printing. Gravure printing process has small color difference and stable printing quality. However, due to the complexity of gravure plate making, high materials and costs, and inconvenient plate changing operation, gravure printing is mostly used for packaging and printing of large quantities of goods, which can reduce costs.

3. Offset printing adopts multi-color multi-function roller/paper machine operation, suitable for batch production, with stable structure, packaging products, face paper printing, and then
installation and pasting through the corrugated production line. We use a flat paper machine for offset printing, with a speed of up to 10000 sheets/h, which is suitable for small batch production. The selection and replacement size of face paper are flexible. Direct printing fine corrugated paper, high overprint accuracy and stable quality.

To facilitate the carrying of customers, a handle is added to the paper box. The handle is designed to be
foldable as far as possible, which is convenient for transportation and does not occupy too much area; 

4. Special carton. Thespecial-shaped cartons are mainly triangular, pentagonal, rhombic and hexagonal.
