A: We provide RTS(Ready-to-ship)service with our own brand, order size less than 100,000 pcs can be shipped within 2 weeks. For OEM & ODM orders, delivery time varies and negotiable.

A: Warranty period is from 1-3 years, depending on the product type.

A: Standard product samples are free. Customized product may occur molding charges. Sample freight will be at customer's cost.
