A : Kindly please provide the product drawings in PDF or images with dimensions. If you provide drawings in STEP,STL or IGS willbe better. Please also advise the material and surfacetreatment. The price will be available within 24 hours.
3.Q:What's your MOQ?
A:MOQ is 1 piece for sample order. For sample cost, we will return it back in mass production order.
4.Q: Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?
A: Yes, we will keep them well. All customer’s drawings/ sample will be confidential. We also can sign Non-disclosure Agreement(NDA).
5.Q: What is the lead time?
A:It depends on quantity, generally 7-20 days after order confirmation.
6.Q: What should we do if we receive defective products?
A: If receive defective products, please send us the photos or video, we will investigate and solve the problems asap.
