Description
Vacuum Atmosphere furnace is designed for material synthesis under controlled inert gas atmosphere with better temperature uniformity.It is an ideal heating equipment for preparing new materials which requires inert gas or oxidizing gas. For sintering and processing with inert gas, like Nitrogen and Argon.
the Chamber insulation material adopts high purity alumina ceramic fiber lining board, insulation is good and energy-saving. Heavy duty double layer structure with cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors
safe to touch. Double furnace doors, inner door block the fire, outer door is sealed with flanges, high temperature PTFE gasket is installed on the outer furnace door to ensure the reliable sealing of the furnace; the furnace body is equipped with an air outlet, which can extract vacuum. Vacuum degree ≤ 0.098Mpa (Rotary vane vacuum pump for higher vacuum degree。
