Application and classification of sealing instrument


The sealing tester is widely used for sealing test of packaging bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in food, pharmaceutical, medical devices, daily chemicals, automobiles, electronic components, stationery, military and other industries. It can also be used to test the sealing performance of the test piece after the drop and pressure test.


GX-MF900 semi-automatic vacuum sealing performance tester adopts domestic high-quality shockproof pressure gauge, test time can be set at will, and has automatic bleeding function, manual control of test air pressure. Manual operation is required for pressurizing/stopping/timing, and solenoid valve is used to open/close the air circuit. It does not have the function of pressure compensation and balance, and conforms to the national standard.

According to GB/T 15171, put an appropriate amount of distilled water into the vacuum chamber, and then immerse the product in water. Cover the sealing cover of the vacuum chamber, and the distance between the top of the sample and the water surface shall not be less than 15 mm. Use one of the following values: 20, 30, 50, 70, 90 kPa and other negative pressure values to maintain the vacuum for 30 seconds. The vacuum value used shall be determined according to the characteristics of the sample (such as packaging materials used, sealing conditions, etc.) or the provisions of relevant product standards. During the test, pay attention to observe the leakage of the sample when the vacuum is formed and during the vacuum holding period, observe whether there are continuous bubbles at the product seal, and the occurrence of isolated bubbles is not considered as leakage.


The quality of the packaging bag is measured by the tightness measurement, and then the rationality of the packaging process is judged.
