Brief Description:
Used plastic agglomerator machine is used to granulate the thermal plastic films, PET fibers, whose thickness is less than 2 mm into small granules & pellets directly.
Fitting Material:
1. PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE soft thermoplastic film, bag, silk, ribbon, sheet, pipe, waste and leftovers.
2. degradable plastic film and leftovers
3. chemical fiber (dacron, acrylic fiber, polypropylene)
Final Product : Semi-plasticized Plastic Granule
Working Principle:
Raw material will be broken into pieces and melt once put into the pot where the cutter is high speed rotating. And then the melt will cool down and agglomerate quickly after watered. At this time, the rotation cutter will cut the agglomerates into granules.
The granules will be let out of the discharging hole.

*processing capacity from 100kg/h to 550kg/h
