Product Introduction




INSULATED DRY CONTAINER
Insulated dry containers are used for transporting certain types of good that will be damaged due to excess heat.
Here, the platform is fabricated with steel, sub chassis and cross members are constructed with beams and channels. The floor is finished with 4 mm thick steel sheets or checkered aluminium sheets as per the requirement of clients. This will be much stronger than traditional platforms made of wood and thin sheet cladding. The walls of the container are insulated with 50 mm thick PU injected sandwich panels. The external and internal cladding is with 0.7 mm thick pre-printed GI sheets. All corners with finished aluminium angles provide a better aesthetic appearance. The locks and hinges are of GI and will be of the same pattern as a sea-going container.



dry van is built by six parts:

3) Front panel
4) Rear door assembly
5) Roof
6) Rear step

1. What is your terms of shipping method?
 Generally,we ship our truck body CKD(completely knocked down) or SKD(semi knock down) by container, assembled truck by container too, but the it is small quantity
2. Our truck is korea or japan brand,your truck body fit it?
 Of course,Generally, global light trucks can be divided into 10ft,11ft,12ft,14ft,15ft,16ft and 18 feet in terms of cargo box length,  middle truck have 20-32ft length,
The truck body can be combined with different brand trucks simply by adjusting the distance of the beam.
3. Is it difficult to install Truck body CKD or SKD ?
  My company has ten years' experience in exporting truck body. We can provide the truck body ckd of easiest assemble
