Our Flexible Copper foild copper Busbar is used in power distribution cabinets due to its easy installation, increased conductive surface area, excellent electrical conductivity, thermal compensation, shock absorption, and noise reduction. It is created using a high molecular diffusion welding process that involves the diffusion of copper molecules at a specific pressure and temperature. The bare copper wire or tin plated copper wire braid (stranded wire) is made by cold pressing. The contact surface can be tinned or silver plated according to customer requirements.
Single line diameter 0.20mm: standard product.
0.10mm: it can be processed according to customer's requirements.
