1. What is your sample policy?
Free samples: The sample fee will be refunded after the second batch order exceeds 100 pieces (mixed orders are acceptable).
The maximum number of samples to be refunded is 6 pieces, and the freight is not refundable.
Sample delivery date: inventory items, 2-5 days for DHL/UPS, 7-30 days for other methods. Please allow us to prepare the items within 5 days, including holidays, for domestic transportation to the carrier’s warehouse.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 10 pieces. Different sizes and different colors are ordered in mixed batches, and a bundle of 10 pieces in mixed colors.
