Perkadoxopc-50s-ps-mm is a crosslinking agent for silicone rubber under no external pressure. It is suitable for the production of medium grade silicone rubber products and extrusion products with higher transparency requirements. The product has high transparency, yellowing resistance, low odor, no bubbles, excellent electrical properties and heat resistance.

Application

Silicone rubber containing perkadoxopc-50s-ps-mm can be crosslinked without external pressure (e.g. hot air or infrared vulcanization).
1. Perkadox opc-50s-ps can be easily mixed with silicone rubber mixture in double roll mixer.
2. Safe processing temperature: 75 ℃ (rheometer TS2 > 20 minutes)
3. Typical crosslinking temperature: 90 ℃ (about 12 minutes for rheometer T90)
4. In order to obtain the ideal crosslinking degree, the recommended content of perkadoxopc-50s-ps-mm is 1.1-2.3% of that of silicone rubber.
