Two belt middle sampler working principle:

The sampling head is driven by a motor with braking function controlled by a timer, which cuts into the material flow at a constant speed. The sub-sample scraped is thrown into the collecting tube, and enters the primary sample feeder through the chute. The overload protection reverses when the sampling head is overloaded, and finally stops at the stop position. The double proximity switch ensures the reliable operation of the system, and the fault protection ensures that the sampling head will not stop at the middle of the belt

Three belt middle sampler work flow:

1\\ Start the sampling machine according to the set time;

2\\ The sampling head rotates through the material flow and intercepts the material horizontally until the proximity switch is triggered; At the same time, the material falls into the chute;

3\\ After the proximity switch is triggered, the motor is cut off and the brake is applied. Stop the sampling head and keep it at the opposite position of the material flow (zero position);
