Product Description


 PLA is made from corn, potato and other starch-based biomass or straw cellulose as raw materials, fermented to produce lactic acid, and further purified and polymerized to prepare high-purity PLA, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, antibacterial, flame retardant and good biocompatibility. It can be completely biodegradable under normal composting conditions. With the largest output, the widest application range, the highest cost performance and the closest to petro-based polyester in the world, PLA will account for 70-80% of the market share of biodegradable material.

Application:

Film processing: There are many plastic film forming methods, among which casting, extrusion and calendering are more common. PLA mixed modified and degraded raw materials can be adapted to most traditional equipment and processed into films through various processes, such as agricultural mulching films for garbage bags and shopping bags.
