This is practical new type of breakout tong, is an accessory equipment used in the directional crossing underground construction site. It includes hydro system and tong frame. The frame consists of mobile bar and (No 2 in the fig) and static bar (No. 1) which is paralleled with the mobile bar. There is a bracket in the end of the mobile bar, so the end of the static bar.
