Description
Polymer Dosing System Introduction
The fully automatic polymer dosing system is mainly composed of solution tank, mixer, metering pump, Y-type filter, safety valve, back pressure valve, check valve, liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, control cabinet, and installation platform, which are installed on one base. It has three tanks for mixing chemical with water. Dosing port at the top for filling chemical and water; the bottom has a sewage outlet for cleaning solution tank. This dosing device used for dosing PAM (polyacrylamide) which can realize integration of PAM powder feeding, dissolving and dosing. The device integrates both automatic and manual operation.
Polymer Dosing System Working Principle
The dry powder enters the premixer from the screw propeller at the lower part of the hopper for premixing with clean water, and the wetted material enters the preparation tank for dilution and mixing, and is prepared according to the concentration required by the user.
The preparation solution enters the storage tank from the preparation tank through the aging tank. When the liquid level in the storage tank is at a high level, the preparation process will automatically stop. When the solution drops to a low level, the preparation process will automatically start.
Both the preparation tank and the aging tank are equipped with agitators to fully ensure the dilution and curing of the chemical.The preparation flow and concentration can be adjusted by the inlet flow and rotating speed of the screw shaft.
