We have several workshop unit to serve various procedure of production line.
We mixed rubber sheet use high quality LG rubber and use high speed joint machine to prepare joint wire for hydraulic hose.
We adopted advanced braiding and spiraling machines to make sure that steel wire reinforcement without connection. GERMANY MAYER HIGH SPEED BRAIDING MACHINE, ITALY VP MACHINE, HIGH SPEED SPIRAL MACHINE makes us achieve high output under automatic age.
The cold feeding extruding machine extrude inner and outside rubber, which can control rubber hose wall thickness accurately ; Meanwhile, we can make customized brand to print on the hose.
After production, all of the hose will be tested under one point five time working pressure.
Besides, each batch is tested burst pressure and impulse testing. Only the qualified products will be shipped to the customer.
