3. How long is the warranty period?
For the big size the warranty is 1 year, for the small size is 6 months.
4. What kinds of fabric can your sewing machine sew?
Our sewing machine can sew cotton, linen, nylon, denim, non-woven fabric and so on.
5. Can your sewing machine do customization?
Yes, we can do customize the logo, package, color and so on. And the MOQ of customization is negotiation.
6. Do your factory and your product have certificate?
We passed ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, Walmart audit. And we also have CE, CB, ROHS, BS.
7. What is your payment term?
Usually, T/T, 30% deposit, balance paid before loading. It is Negociated. Please feel free to contact us.
