Established in 2003, Wuxi Qiangtong Machinery Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specialized in the research, development and production of Short Cycle Laminated Hot Press Machines which are widely used in processing Particle board, MDF board and High density intensified board.
The YX-1200, YX-1400, YX-1700, YX-2000, YX-2200, YX-2400 and YX-2800 hot press use frame structure, with upper oil cylinder. These machines are also equipped with in-feed truck controlled by converter and out-feed roller frame or automatic/manual out-feed device. They are all controlled by PLC which counts for numerous advantages: easy operation, convenient installation and maintenance, little land occupation, low cost and high yield (1200 pieces a day). If needed, we could provide automatic temperature control system, all kinds of cushion mat and stainless steel template.
The production of MY16~2500 type series of four different column molding machine are new-type press machine with independent intellectual property rights. They are widely used for molding plastic, composite materials, steel and auto interior decoration, etc. The molding press adopts the framework and different column structure. Its reasonable structure counts for low cost, simple operation, convenient maintenance, etc. It fills the blank of domestic press industry!
