KL -6638A/B is a two-component silicone adhesive that cures quickly at room temperature. Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive is also called: pressure sensitive silicone, invisible underwear adhesive, bra silicone adhesive.Typically used in silicone bras.
After the adhesive is cured, it adheres well to substrates such as silica gel, EVA, PVC or fabric, and can improve the peel strength of the surface of silica gel.
Before curing, the compound has good branching; after curing, it has excellent electrical insulation and high transparency, and has excellent surface peel force.

Processing

Suggested use ratio: 6638A:6638B=3:100 (weight ratio); weigh the material according to the proportion and mix it evenlyCoating
Apply the silicone glue evenly on the base material such as silicone EVA, PVC or cloth by coating method or calendering method
Baking
Bake at 90°C for 540 seconds or leave at room temperature for 60 minutes
