Polyimide film Details:

Polyimide film possesses excellent chemical resistance; there are no known organic solvents for the film. It is self-extinguishing with 94 V-0 rating, making it an excellent choice for a variety of applications in many different industries, including wire and cable, coil insulation, substrates for flexible printed circuits, motor slot liners, magnet wire insulation, transformer and capacitor insulation. It also has the ability to provide excellent electrical insulation and dimensional stability.

Polyimide films are available in various thickness, ranging from ultra-thin 0.05mm to thick 0.12mm. Layers of film can even be laminated together to create an ultra-thick film, up to 20 mils. Our film has a maximum width of 40 in. (1016 mm) with continuous lengths from 1000 to 10,000 ft. (3000 m). Material can be supplied on 3″ and 6″ cores. For custom width or length, also has in house slitting and rewinding capabilities.

In addition to the standard HN version, polyimide films are available with the following coating or additives:

Packing

Our normal caryon size is 34cm*45cm*60cm/38cm*43cm, 6rolls/shrink, about 70~120rolls/carton( according to different specifications). we can provide another carton size as your request.

Delivery time

1*20 container: 7~15 days after received order,

1*40 container: with 25 days after received the order.

1. How about sample and charge?
Sample is free, but freight cost, but will return freight cost to you when you place order.

2. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

3.What about the payment?
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance againstcopy of B/L, by T/T, Cash or 100% LC at sight.

4. How long is the lead time?
Normally within 15-20 days after deposit received.

5.What's our normal Trade Terms?
EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF, DDU, L/C ect.

6.How to control your quality? 
We have omplete quality guarantee system: IQC FAS &Self checking for 

each producing progress →OQC. And as below:

1). Before production: sending pre-production samples for checking.
2). During production: sending mass production samples for checking again.
3). Before shipment: customers' or the third parties' visit to our factory to
check the quality directly or any inspection is welcome!
4). After shipment: if there is any problem of our goods due to our mistake,
we will surely be responsible for it.
