Product Description:

The LY-Z306 knitting oil is made by adopting advanced technique formula and craft, based on the refined mineral oil, adding to various functional additives such as anticorrosive, anti-abrasive and anti-oxidation.

It has good performance of anti-attrition and lubrication , prevent machinery from abrasion, stagnation or overheating, and lower energy consumption ;Good anticorrosive performance, prevent the machinery equipment from rust over a long period of using ;The best penetrating quality, have a safeguard action to mechanical seal as well;the strongest self-emulsified capability, form white emulsion when wet, can easily clear the oil stain on the cloth, stained fabric to be easy to clean, and don’t affect the next dye; Very good defoaming performance, don’t form foam because of compressing transferring and make sure machinery well lubrication application.

Application:

It is suitable for circular knitting machines , trolley , Flat and Warp Knitting Machinery when knitting cotton, polyester fibre and Terylene silk,cotton . Its mainly action is to give the fiber good smooth, strand integrity and anti- static to improve knitwear quality.
