Automatic feeder
The machine adopts electronic secondary weighing and is equipped with automatic leveling system control. Self-leveling is to compare the actual weight of each bucket with the weight set by the process by the computer. The increased or decreased weight is calculated by the computer to extend or reduce the feeding time. The raw materials fed in unit time are basically equal.

Carding machine
Carding machine is composed of the main mechanical parts such as Cylinder, Working roller, Stripping roller, etc.. The initial
carding part adopts roller carding, total 3 carding points. The main carding part adopts flats carding. After being carded, these
lumpy fibers will be opened, blended, and carded into webs of single fiber and straight forward arrangement, and then will be
coiled into can through trumpet.
