MODEL FB220 CARDING MACHINE
It is used in the blend processing of cashmere, camel’s hair, yak’s hair, wool, rabbit hair, viscose chemical fiber, cotton, Flax, hemp, silk and other raw materials, etc. After uniform feeding, opening, cleaning and carding, finally make them into uniform wool tops for the drawing process.

Automatic feeder
The feeder is composed of reserve box, feed box, permanent magnet, volumetric type feeder, bottom flat lattice, inclined spike
lattice, evener rake, stripping roller, feed flat lattice, etc.. When it works, it is controlled by photoelectric switch to convey
materials evenly and continuously, and lay them horizontally onto the flat lattice uniformly, to realize automatic continuous
feeding.

Carding machine
Carding machine is composed of the main mechanical parts such as Cylinder, Working roller, Stripping roller, etc.. The initial
carding part adopts roller carding, total 3 carding points. The main carding part adopts flats carding. After being carded, these
lumpy fibers will be opened, blended, and carded into webs of single fiber and straight forward arrangement, and then will be
coiled into can through trumpet.
