Metal Epoxy Putty Stick Heat Resistant Waterproof For Car, Plumbing, Steel Metal, Plastic, Concrete
Beeswill® epoxy putty is a hand-mixable, steel-reinforced, non-rusting epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of metal. After mixing, it forms an industrial-strength polymer compound that can be molded into shapes or used to build up, patch and repair steel components. Product sets in 10 minutes and after 60 minutes, can be drilled, tapped, machined, ground, filed and painted. Product cures to a dark grey color, is rated at a tensile strength of 1300 PSI and will withstand temperatures up to 350ºF
APPLICATIONS: Beeswill® epoxy putty is applicable to binding and repairing LED lights, machinery, electronics, instrumentation, automotive, shipbuilding, textile, construction, chemical industry, aviation ,medical equipment. It forms excellent bonding to various rigid substances such as metal, ceramic, glass, wood and plastics.
DIRECTIONS:Gloves should be worn.
1. Surface to be prepared must be clean and free of oil, grease or wax. Smooth surfaces to be abraded.
2. Remove the Steel Putty stick from the tube and cut or break the required amount needed. Mix thoroughly by hand till uniform color is achieved.
3. Apply to required areas immediately. Apply slight pressure to ensure good bonding. The Steel Putty will become warm while it sets. Do not bend or move parts while curing takes place.
