We mainly produce polyurethane foaming plastic, which is also called the foam product. Most of them are automotive interior trimming foam, underwear foam, home furnishing foam. The high pressure foaming line which was imported from Germany Hennecke is the most advanced flexible foam foaming equipment in this world. The product quality is stable and eco friendly, energy-saving, and pollution-free. We also have a circular cutting machine which was imported from Germany BMW and four high-precision rail cutting machines, a number of CNC cutting machines and processing equipment. All these equipment make the production fully mechanized.
We have a strong technical team, a variety of testing equipment and an independent research and development department, and we also have a group of high-tech talents who love the polyurethane industry. We work with the colleges and universities who are specialized in chemical industry, developing new products according to the demands of customers and different markets. Which are used in several parts of automobiles interior, for sound absorption and insulation, shock absorption, sealing, filtering and etc..
