Q1: How about the sample sending? |
A1: If need to make the new sample, then need to pay the sample fee.The amount is based on a different sample. If need our stock sample, then it is Free, but need to pay the mailing costs, or can give us your DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc account, we can send samples by freight collect with your express account. |
Q2: How about the quality of the product? |
A2: Our company has certificates of GMP/GMPC/SGS..We also have a team of QC to control and inspect every lots of product is in perfect condition before delivery. Because we fully understand that it will be a great trouble if our products have any problems during selling at oversea. |
Q3: What you can do if I want to do customization? |
A3: If customers have any needs for customization or OEM service, please contact our staff for more information. For appearance change, like Logo, outlook adding, print, language, it would be easy to achieve. For ingredient change, please arrange sample for us. |

Q5: What is the qty in final production to deliver? |
A5: The finished qty will be around 10% up and down the float, if your order is small qty ,the float percentage will be higher. The actual payment will be based on the final qty produced, if u have strict requirements, please inform in advance! After receipt of the goods, please check carefully, keep your documents within 10 days if there are any quality problems, please notify us, we will give you a satisfactory solution! |
Q6: What is the payment term? |
A6: Prepaid 50% deposit + all cylinder fee, Balance payment after the completion of the production. We can take pictures with the production process during print, cut, finished products and other details! |
Q7: Can you design for me? |
A7: Before order, the design fee will be charged, after place order, the design fee is free. |
Q8: How long is the delivery time? |
A8: Vary from 15days to 25days depending on the styles and quantity of products ordered. |
Q9: How to pay? |
A9:1. Confirm the items you want to order with our Customer service. A PI would be sent for your down payment. Then after payment will start immediate production. 2. Upon receipt of your deposit, would arrange production asap. 3. Once production are finished, would send photos for your confirmation and if everything okay, pay us the balance. 4. Once receive your balance, would arrange shipment for you immediately. 5. As soon as the shipment is made, would update the shipping information for you and send you the shipping documents accordingly. 6. When you receive your goods, would follow up for any feedback or any further help needed for the products. |
Q10. How do l know if you ship out my order? |
A10: The tracking number(DHL, UPS, FedEx,TNT, EMS etc.)or Air Waybill or B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are shipped out, we also follow up the delivery and keep you informed.The helpful after service is provided-We support what very sell. |
