Production process
Cutting Machine cut raw glass panel to small size. Such XX(5.5) inch as block.
CNC Machine milling and engraving profile(size) and drilling hole and bevel edge.
Polishing Machine polish the glass surface after milling and engraving to make the glass shine.
Clean Machine clean the polishing powder on glass use the water after Polishing Machine. (First step)
Tempering Furnace temper glass to make the glass strength and up to 9H.
Clean Machine clean the glass again and getting ready for laminating.(Second step)
QC!!! Then put glass into clean room.
Film Machine cut the roll of AB Film into XX(5.5) inch piece.
Spraying Machine spray anti fingerprint oil on the glass
Laminating Machine make up glass with AB film, let the glass have stickiness.
Defoaming Machine remove the bubble if have. To improve the yield rate.
Labeling Machine put label on glass. Or by hands.
Option: Printing Machine print color on the glass.
